What is Thermofax screen printing?
Thermofax is a simple way of making photo screens for printing with. You can achieve highly detailed prints on paper or fabric or any other surface you choose. Simply place the screen on the fabric and gently push paint through it with either a specialised squeegee or a credit card.

Wherever the image on the original paper contained carbon, the image absorbed the infrared energy when heated. The heated image then transferred the heat to the heat sensitive paper producing a blackened copy image of the original.
