Adjust your sleep position or use supportive pillows, so you don’t need to engage your core all night.

Begin with just an hour or two a day and then work your way up. Once you are comfortable, we recommend corseting for eight hours a day or more for the best results. If you start by wearing a corset for one hour a day and then add a half hour each day, you should feel comfortable wearing it all day after a few weeks.
What do you wear under corsets?
Originally a “chemise” would’ve been worn next to the skin under the corset; today, you can wear a simple camisole or tshirt. Your corsetiere may even sell tube tops fitted to be worn under the corset with no straps or sleeves to interfere with your styling choices.
Should you wear anything under a corset?
The most comfortable fabrics to be worn without anything underneath are mesh and cotton. If you don’t like the direct compression on your skin, you can always wear a light tank underneath your corset, and wear another top over that.
