Solemn Warning is usually strictly better than Strike because it stops so much more. Flip Summons, Normal Summons, and any effect that Special Summons are all capable of being stopped by Solemn Warning. That can even shut down weird stuff like Interrupted Kaiju Slumber, Macro Cosmos, or Starlight Road.
Can you solemn strike Fusion?
While Solemn Strike can’t touch Ritual Summons or Fusion Summons being made with a Spell Card, Warning can simply prevent the spell from happening in the first place.
